Return

For any return items, you will have the option of either a refund or exchange for the same items.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Any items not returned within 14 calendar days after receipt will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. No exceptions.

Refunds

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact our support support@cactus-oscar.com and we will do our best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not issue the refund if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Proof

Whenever possible, always record unpacking from any store. A video is the best proof that any damage is not your fault. Pictures are also good for most cases.

Buyer’s Remorse
No refunds are accepted for sizing, color or buyer’s remorse. Do not email us the next day asking for a refund because you regret your purchase. All garment information is available on the product detail page. The onus is on the customer to research said garment materials, quality, texture, etc.

Please ensure you are selecting the right size and color.

 

Order Change Policy

  • Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.
  • Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.
