We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Cactus Oscar is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it might take us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

- When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. No worries if you haven't received one or the tracking number doesn't work. Contact us and we'll solve it! How Do I Change My Delivery Address?
- Please get in touch with us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service email support@cactus-oscar.com immediately!

Unexpected Delays
- In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above.
